Nicholas Wolff is Rand Commercial Services Featured Agent of the Week.
Nick has been a lifetime resident of the city of White Plains and is a third generation Real Estate Broker and Past President of Century 21 Wolff in White Plains, New York.
Nick was Vice President of the Westchester County Board of Realtors 1998, and President of the... Board of Directors of INRELCO, International Relocation Consultants. In addition to numerous other courses and seminars, he has conducted courses in real estate principles and practices. He has taught the success series License Law and Ethics, Fair Housing and Discrimination, Valuation and Appraisal and Operation of a Real Estate Brokers Office for the State of New York Certified Broker and Salesperson Course. He has alos lectured to the public on Buying and Selling for the Cornell Co-Operative Education School and the White Plains Adult Education School.
Nick is a G.R.I. and a Registered Professional Member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers. He is Past President of the Commercial and Investment Division of the Westchester County Board of Realtors, Past Vice President of the Westchester Multiple Listing Service, Past Secretary and Treasurer of the Westchester County Board of Realtors, and have been on the Education, Ethics and Grievance Committee of the Board. He is a 4 term elected member of the N.B.C.C. National Brokers Communications Congress representing the Hudson Valley regions.
Nick is involved in numerous charitable organizations, and is Vice President and commissioner of the White Plains Housing Authority, Past President and former member of the Board of Directors of the White Plains and Westchester Chapters of the United Way. He is past Chairman of the Thomas Slater Center in White Plains, the Past President Rotary Club of White Plains and a Past Trustee of the YWCA. Currently he is on the Board of Directors of the Friends of Public Education of the White Plains Schools the Budget Advisory committee for the past 5 years.
