We are delighted to formally announce that Paul Adler has taken on an expanded role as Vice-President of Rand Commercial Services, with direct oversight and responsibilities for our top producing and well-respected commercial real estate company. As you all know, Paul has been running the company for several years now, but his role has expanded as the company has continued to expand both in production and with the number of agents joining the commercial brokerage.
Since Paul has been at the helm at RCS, he helped us develop and grow the commercial company into a regional powerhouse. In addition to the work he has done to help us expand our commercial brokerage presence in the Hudson Valley, Paul is well known in the communities we serve as a “go to” problem solver for his endeavors charitable and civic participation.
Paul's extensive knowledge of the Hudson Valley and his decades of experience in Commercial Real Estate and Development make him an industry leader. Paul Adler has served in numerous governmental, public, civic, charitable and professional organizations in New York State. Paul earned his BA from Pace University, Masters Public Administration from Long Island University and his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law.

Another great Rand Commercial Services monthly meeting today. I am inspired by the efforts of this very professional team. Q4 will beat the 2010 goal-yet again, we will have record-breaking year for RCS.
